User consent

User's consent (hereinafter - "Consent") governs the relationship on the use of the functions of the Site and the general conditions of possible provision of Services between the Contractor (hereinafter - "Site Owner"), on the one hand, and a natural or legal person Customer who accepted the terms of this Agreement by joining it as a whole and unconditionally (hereinafter - "User of the Site"), on the other hand, hereinafter referred to as "parties", and separately - "Party". This Agreement and the relations of the Parties arising from this Agreement shall be governed by law.

• Consent - the user's consent to all additions and changes.
• Administration / representative of the Site, the Owner of the Site - a person authorized by the Owner of the site for the actions provided by the Agreement.

• User - an able-bodied natural person who has joined this Agreement in his own interest or acts on behalf of or in the interests of the legal entity represented by him.

Any visitor to the site can voluntarily fill out the form provided and become a User.

Final provisions

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws governing general data protection. Issues not regulated by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the law. If, for one reason or another, one or more provisions of this Agreement are invalidated or have no legal force, this does not mean that the remaining provisions are NOT invalid or cannot be applied.

Temporary inaction by the Site in case of violation by the User or other Users of the Agreement does not deprive the Site of the right to take appropriate action to protect its interests later, and does not mean that the Site waives its rights in the event of further similar or similar violations.

All disputes regarding or in connection with the Agreement shall be considered in court at the location of the Site in accordance with applicable law.

This User Agreement is valid within the framework of the current Legislation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
